WHAT ARE THE OPERATING AND TEST PRESSURES?

Test pressure for Risa Aluminum Radiators and Towel Warmers is 20 bars, while operating pressure thereof is 10 bars.

WHERE HOT WATER INLET SHOULD BE POSITIONED IN COMPACT CONNECTIONS?

The hot water inlet of Risa Aluminum Radiators and Towel Warmers is the hot water inlet that exits from the side part from the radiator's front-view. This inlet is in the opposite position for sheet panel radiators. Hot water inlet directions must be specified when ordering.

UNDER WHAT CONNECTION METHOD AND HOW THE DIRECTION PLUG IS INSTALLED?

Direction plug is used in opposite end connections. Direction plug is installed in the section intervals specified according to the not water inlet and radiator length by pushing an iron bar in the lower collector.

FOR HOW MANY YEARS RISA PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED?

Risa Aluminum Radiators and Towel Warmers are warranted against manufacturing faults for 3 years.

WHAT CAN BE THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST RADIATOR SIZES?

Among our special products, we manufacture our mirror Model in 1.8 m height and 80 cm width. Our Corner Model is manufactured in 1 height and 1-2 m corner lengths.

CAN YOU OFFER PRODUCTS IN DIFFERENT COLOR OPTIONS?

You can place orders for radiators in any color by using the RAL color chart. RAL 9016 (white), 9010 (off-white) and 1013 (cream) are our standard colors. UP TO WHAT PRESSURE YOUR RADIATORS ARE DURABLE? Test pressure for Risa Aluminum Radiators and Towel Warmers is 15 bars, while operating pressure thereof is 10 bars. Further, our radiators are durable against 40-bar pressure under hydrostat pressure as per TSE EN 13445-5 standard.

IS IT NECESSARY TO SPECIFY DIRECTION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes, connection method must always be specified.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE FROM SHEET RADIATORS?

Aluminum radiators offer a better material in comparison with the sheet radiators in terms of corrosion resistance and heat conductivity. Therefore, they are more durable and have a better heating feature. As the water quantity in aluminum radiators is less than sheet radiators, they also ensure fuel saving. Besides, aluminum radiators are healthier in terms of hygiene.

WHAT IS THE PURITY RATE OR RISA ALUMINUM?

Aluminum used in Risa Radiators are subject to regular tests. According to their results, the aluminum purity is nearly 98.8%.

DO RISA RADIATORS OR PIPING REQUIRE CLEANING?

We suggest a piping system and radiator cleaning once in 2 or 3 years by expert persons. We strongly recommend that you avoid using chemicals not approved by Risa while cleaning the pipes.

CAN WE USE SUCH CHEMICALS THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN MARKET UNDER THE NAME OF SAVING LIQUID, CLEANING LIQUID, INHIBITOR, ETC...?

We never recommend their use. Use of such liquids in Risa Radiators and relevant piping will void your radiator's warranty.

HOW I CAN HAVE A HEAT CALCULATION MADE?

In Ankara, we are offering free of charge survey and calculation services. If you request, our teams of expert personnel can help you onsite by taking measurements. Or you can give us the dimensions and characteristics, if known, of the space you want to warm so as to have a required calorie/radiator calculation made.
